What You Can Expect at the Narberth Holiday Mini Session

Each Narberth holiday mini session lasts up to 20 minutes and is held at a walkable porch location in downtown Narberth, making it convenient for those who live nearby or are out and about in the area. Whether you’re looking for a few updated family shots or a new picture for your holiday card, these minis offer a relaxed, fun setting with the holiday spirit in full swing (literally!).

Two Sets Included

I’m offering not one, but two different set options to make your session special! In addition to the cozy porch swing setup, I’ll have an adorable hot chocolate stand that’s just the right size for little ones up to around seven years old. It’s the perfect setting for capturing those sweet, playful moments that show their personality and holiday excitement.

I’m not sure if I should book a mini session or full session. What should I consider?

The main difference between the two is the investment in time and expense. Consider what goal you have for your session. To learn more about the pros and cons of mini sessions, read this blog post that explains both in detail!

How much does a mini session cost?

Narberth Holiday Mini Sessions cost $165.00 plus tax.

How many photos will I receive? When will I get them?

In your session, you’ll receive 5 beautifully edited photos that capture your special moments. I want you to have the flexibility to choose what’s right for you, so if you fall in love with more images, you’re welcome to purchase additional photos—but only if you want to. This way, you get exactly what you need, no more, no less. Additional photos are $15. You may purchase the entire gallery for $85.

My contract allows for a six-week turnaround for delivering your gallery, but in most cases, you’ll receive your photos within just a week or two. To date, all my galleries have been delivered in under fifteen days. I include the extra time in the contract to account for any unforeseen circumstances, so you can rest assured that your photos are a priority and will be ready as soon as possible.

Do I get to select the 5 photos I want to purchase?

Absolutely! After your session, you’ll receive a preview gallery where you can view all the images. From there, you can choose the ones you love the most as your included five photos. You can also purchase additional photos at this time if you would like to do so. This way, you’re only selecting the photos that truly resonate with you.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Please reach out so that we may discuss options. If there are no other holiday mini spots left, I will apply your retainer to a future session. See my contract for more information.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your mini session! I will apply your retainer to a different session. Sometimes kids get sick or life happens!

What if it rains or the weather is not cooperating?

I will provide a new date for the scheduled mini sessions. This new date will also be on a weekend. As your date gets closer, I will be in touch about any potential weather concerns. Generally, if there are high winds or rain is likely, I will reschedule. Overcast or cloudy days are usually not a problem.

What if I’m running late?

Due to the nature of mini sessions and to respect the schedules of my other clients, I do not have the flexibility to accommodate late arrivals outside of the scheduled time. We will use whatever time is left within your session to get as many great photos as we can.
