The flowers are blooming! The weather is finally turning warm! It’s time for spring mini sessions! Here is everything you need to know! Twenty-minute spring mini sessions will be held at the Haverford Arboretum in Haverford, Pennsylvania on Saturday, May 3rd and Saturday May 10th. Each session includes fifteen edited digital high-resolution photos presented in an online gallery with print release.

Use the link above to select your date. Closer to your date, I will send specific information about a landmark where we will meet within the arboretum. After you select your date, you will receive an email from me within a few days with a personalized contract and invoice. You will need to sign and pay your invoice to lock in your date.

I’m not sure if I should book a mini session or full session. What should I consider?

How much does a fall mini session cost?

Spring mini sessions cost $225.00 plus tax and is due within 72 hours of receiving the invoice and contract. This includes a nonrefundable retainer of $100.

How many photos will I receive? When will I get them?

In your session, you’ll receive 15 beautifully edited photos that capture your special moments. This is an increase from previous mini sessions!

My contract allows for a six-week turnaround for delivering your gallery, but in most cases, you’ll receive your photos within just a week or two. I include the extra time in the contract to account for any unforeseen circumstances, so you can rest assured that your photos are a priority and will be ready as soon as possible.

Do I get to select the 15 photos?

Your session includes 15 high-resolution digital photos, carefully selected and edited to capture your family’s special moments. If there happen to be a few extra images that turn out beautifully, I may include them as a little bonus when possible! I always focus on delivering the best of the best from your session.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

You are welcome to reschedule your spring mini session to any other open slots at Haverford. Please reach out if you need to reschedule.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your spring mini session! I will apply your retainer to a different mini session. Sometimes kids get sick or life happens!

What if it rains or the weather is poor?

I will provide a new date for the scheduled mini sessions. This new date will also be on a weekend. As your date gets closer, I will be in touch about any potential weather concerns. Generally, if there are high winds or rain is likely, I will reschedule.

What if I’m running late?

Due to the nature of mini sessions and to respect the schedules of my other clients, I do not have the flexibility to accommodate late arrivals outside of the scheduled time. We will use whatever time is left within your session to get as many great photos as we can.
